Mission accomplished! My parents came up this weekend and I showed them the bike for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised by their reactions. They were a little shocked but once they saw that I was signed up for all the safety course and I gave them a demo of my “skills” they were a little more at ease with the idea. My dad actually said it looks like fun. So, that bridge was crossed :)
During my test ride they took pictures of me so I’ve replaced the stock pictures on the bike page with “action” shots of myself. Enjoy!
So life rolls along as usual again. Upcoming travel for work will take me from one coast to the other. This week it will be the East Coast and in a few weeks I will be visiting Seattle for the first time. So, does anyone happen to know any good spots to eat in that town?
Oh, interesting fact. When it rains at a rate of over 2” per hour water finds unique ways to infiltrate my basement. Today it was by way of the dryer exhaust pipe. Live and learn I suppose.
